    April 17 - our local running club had a special run to honour Boston today so I went out and participated. Adding a 3.1 mile run plus another 7.4 miles walked today for a total of 10.5 miles. That should help catch me up a bit.

    Well, I haven't moved the sheet since 2010, it should be at the same address. I can't tell how many people check it, but the thread is definitely very busy.

  • So here is what I have been up to this last week!:

    04/13/2013: Hiked 7.20 miles at Lake Arcadia, OK
    04/14/2013: Walked 1.35 miles with my husband and dog around our neighborhood
    04/15/2013: C25K Week 6 day 3 2.10 miles and Stationary bike 3.29 miles
    04/17/2013: Elliptical 1.79 miles (was getting bad weather so decided to forgo the Gym and workout at home)!!

    This weekend I have my first 5k of the season and will be doing a walk/run combo!

    I start Week 7 day 1 of C25K today and is super pumped to get these next two week under my belt before my very first RUNNING 5K on May 11th!!!

    I think that due to me being so close to my goal for April; am I able to change that goal to 75 miles??
