I've noticed I am slacking off on my exercising. SHAME on ME! lol So, I have been looking for an at home, no equipment required, scheduled workout. I found one that looks like it may work for me. I plan to start Monday. This has information on when to bump up to Intermediate, and a link for a suggested routine, along with Advanced, and women specific workouts. It also has instructions on how to do each exercise, and if you can't do it, how to do a beginners version, to work yourself up to the full version. http://evilcyber.com/fitness/home-workout-plan-beginners/ Take a peek! I'm totally excited! Anyone up to doing this with me?

I will take a peek at this later but it sounds cool. I have been doing at work workouts. I work second shift and things get pretty slow after about 9pm so I unroll my yoga mat and get in some crunches and things. But it would be nice to have some other things to do too, especially for when I get my abs toned to about where I want them to be, I don't want to get burnt out on just abs and lose all my hard work so being able to change it up I think could help me maintain what I have done!0

Nice! I plan to just yoga on Saturday and Sunday rather than doing nothing and maybe after cardio to settle out and stretch a bit. I find it makes me feel better.0
