30ds and calories

Hello!
I've just completed the first week of 30ds, along with following the 1200 calorie thang a day (I usually eat some if not all my excercise calories). I have put on a lb, lost an inch from my waist, thighs and upper arms each.
My BMR is 1590 calories. Should I up them a bit daily, or am I kidding myself and just need to keep on as is?
Thanks for any help!
