Walking tip: If you listen to Armin Van Buuren ASOT Podcast you cant help but walk at 4mph. Can anyone advise on music to set the pace to 4.5 or even 5mph

I use Itunes and search for specific 130BPM podcast. I walk/run anywhere between a 13 to 15 min/mi, so I only go up to 4mph. The 130BPM shows below are perfect, but there are others that are at a much faster pace.
