Does anyone know how to tone down the upper legs..I'm wanting my thighs and upper legs smaller but I don't know what work outs to do

    Lose weight and therefore body fat in general to make them smaller.

    To make them strong - squats, lunges deadlifts and hill sprints.

    Eat at a modest caloric deficit to lose fat and lift weights to retain your lean body mass (muscle). Squats, deadlifts, etc. as others have said.

    I'm still struggling to get my legs to the point where I'm happy with them. My lower body is where I hold all my weight, so it's taken almost two years to get to the point where I would even consider wearing a skirt/dress.
