Slimmer Belts ... What Do You Think Of Them?

I have one but dont really wear it. Do they work? I was thinking about using it during my INSANITY workouts

If they don't stop you from eating or force you to do more exercise then they don't work.

It worked for me in the past.
I have gained some weight back and I am using it again now during walking or biking.
It is not magical but I believe it helps.

Bottom line: they won't help you lose weight but a properly designed and fitted one used during exercise MIGHT increase abdominal muscle toning.
