If this is your second (or more) time doing these, try to kick up your weight a little! Be sure to brag when you’re done! You can go without weights of course, but if you add weight, don’t forget to brag! Don't have weights? Surely there is something heavy around? A couple of books? A couple of cans? 100 is a lot. Break them up into sets.
