Olive Oil Pump

I decided to measure how much olive oil I use when I use the aerosol pump bottle to grease a pan for a fried egg. It's less than 1/2 a teaspoon. Much less than when I pour the olive oil directly into the pan with the same effect. I've had the same plastic olive oil pump I bought at a Pampered Chef show for years. For the most part, it doesn't really mist but sprays a narrow stream. There are lots of similar pumps available on the web, several on amazon. Just search "oil mister." They run about $15 or about the price of 4 cans of Pam and you get to choose what oil you use and no sticky residue.
