They are essentially caffeine pills and a waste of money.0

Save your money.
Calorie deficit and regular exercise are the only thing to combat fat loss.0 -

Depends on how you use em. I take a thermagenic after my morning work out every day, and since starting it, i have seen an increase in my energy, weight loss, and appetite suppression. People who end up in the hospital are those that take em BEFORE hitting the gym, or before doing heavy activity. Itll boost your heart rate up and mess you up if you are not careful. But for someone like me who works at a desk for 12 hours a day, its perfect.0

Yeah if you look into the ingredients, it's a lot of stimulants and very little else. People end up in the hospital because the stimulants screw with your heart. Not worth it, in my opinion.0

You would be wise to avoid them if you are thinking of using them. The only fat burner you need is some good old fashioned resistance and cardio.0

They basically just said the same thing!0 -
Most of the people I know that have taken them, including myself, get really paranoid and jumpy! Sure, you feel good about losing weight, but its not enough to feel 'weird' the rest of the time. And everyone just gains the weight back when they stop taking it because they haven't changed their lifestyle and habits!0

If you want a more detailed explanation about why/how they don't work and how to understand this for future products that come out, Tom Venuto just recently wrote a good blog post on this subject.

The only "fat burners" that work and are healthy are barbells0 -
I eat 1 skittle, then lift weights for an hour. Works GREAT.0

These are a waste of money. It's one of those things people buy and think "I've lost weight because of this" or "I haven't lost weight because of this". The fact is, you need to be accountable for what you put into your mouth in terms of overall nutrition, not whether you've taken a God damn pill.0

yes they work some work better than others but you would be served best to leave them alone because once you come down off of them you will just blow up.
