The one food you can't live without?

Hummus, for sure! As long as I have some pita or vegetables and a tub of hummus, I'm good. Probably go through a tub a week, if not more, so it shows up on the grocery list every single time.0

I'm talking in terms of the food that keeps you on track, gets you through the day, helps your macros - somehow helps you get closer to your goal, a step at a time.
For me, its a fight between cheese sticks and greek yogurt. I eat both every day!
Not going to lie ice cream.
I also cannot live without my Coconut Vanilla or Almond Silk milk, Arnold Pocket thins (Italian Herb or 8 Grain), & fruit.0 -
It's a toss up between celery and jalapeno green olives.0

CHEESE! I make do with the weight watchers cheeses and Kraft has a great selection of fat free cheeses. In my opinion, a day isn't complete without my daily dose of dairy courtesy of gooey, yummy cheese :-)0

Cheese,
Eggs,
Wine,
Oatmeal,
Sometimes chocolate.
Oh and anything with chicken or fish. Yummm-y! :drinker:0 -
Eggs, though I do get sick of them from time to time and need to take a break. They really do fill me up0
-
Raw almonds. It's what I eat when I really want a good chocolate bar or cheese danish, the stuff that got me to be here in the first place.0
-
Greek yogurt, almonds & walnuts, and sriracha (I put that stuff on everything! except yogurt)0
-
Fiber one with 1% milk and Whey Protein ( NROLFW). I look forward to it every morning : )0
-
Bananas. Think I'd be in meltdown without them. Wonderful things.
I'm also on Team Banana.0 -
Brussels sprouts :flowerforyou:0

it's a fight between oreos and cheddar cheese0

I'll say the almond/cashew/chocolate individual serving snack packs from TJ's. If I need a treat, they are there. If I am on the go, they are there. If I am having trouble getting up to my calories for the day, they are there.
Second place goes to avocados or the Wholly Guacamole individual serving packs. Adding avocado to a meal just makes it special, somehow. :flowerforyou:0 -
eggs and baby spinach. Eggs are such a quick, easy meal or snack and keep me full longer than anything else. And I can sneak spinach into just about everything to boost my vitamins for the day!0
-
Got to have my large family sized salad: dandelion greens, raw kale, spinach, anchovies with just apple cider vinegar and then I add one protein (chicken, salmon, tuna, or beef strips).0
-
Krissytina93 --> I bet you are talking about Mingua Beef Jerky! It's darn near the ONLY beef jerky I want and even order online if I have to to get it!0
-
Skim milk. I drink it with nearly every meal.0
-
greek yogurt. i eat over 2 lbs per week.0
-
Dairy in general. Milk, cheese, yogurt, any of it. I would go bonkers w/o it!0
-
almonds and beef jerky. And blueberries.0
-
grape fruit and chicken0
-
Peanut butter and Stacy's Pita Chips!
Me too! Alone or together. It doesn't matter.0 -
Eggs, mainly duck eggs. Love 'em, can't live without 'em.0
-
It'd have to be bread and peanut butter. Oh, and ice cream and cheese too0
