    Two of my favorites:

    PEANUT BUTTER BANANA:
1/2 to 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
    1 pkt Truvia
2 TBSP of Bell's plantation PB2 (could also use natural peanut butter if your macros allow it)
    1 large banana
1 scoop Optimum Nutrition Vanilla protein powder
    couple of ice cubes (optional)

    FROZEN FRUIT SMOOTHIE:
1 cup frozen fruit of your choice (I like mixed berry the best)
1/2 to 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 scoop Optimum Nutrition Vanilla protein powder
1 pkt Truvia (optional....I find it sweet enough with the berries)

I also found this recipe recently that I want to try:

Assuming you don't just want protein powder mixed with water, and you don't mind carbs and fat, allow me to present The Best Darn Protein Smoothie You Will Ever Taste (capitalization fully deserved) -

    1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 Target Market Pantry frozen mixed berries
1 scoop ON 100% whey gold standard French Vanilla Creme flavor
    1 tablespoon coconut oil

Must be blitzed in a blender (magic bullet works well) or the coconut oil will not emulsify.

My favorite smoothie of all time is a Cinnamon Bun Smoothie........

1 Scoop of vanilla protein powder
1 Cup vanilla almond milk OR 1 Cup milk & a splash of vanilla extract
    2 Tablespoons PB
    1 frozen banana
    1/4 Teaspoon cinnamon

Blend and be prepared to have a party in your mouth!!

PS..........I also make this without protein powder if I don't have any.

Hey man. I took two ingredients and combined them in such a way to produce the requested result.

    My work here is done.

And now I see the genesis of your culinary skills

ETA : I must admit, however, that your precisely measured out and baked 'single cookie' experiment was genius of the highest order.

Oftentimes the two ingredients are "tray of frozen food" and "microwave."

Or "cash" and "small concrete building with a conveniently-located window situated on one side at approximately the same height as my car window."

    That one's my favorite recipe.

    1 banana (preferably frozen)
    1/3 cup plain almonds
    1 scoop vanilla whey isolate
    1 cup water
    1/2 cup ice

Tastes like banana bread. I sometimes put flaxseed oil in for a little buttery taste (adds a lot of calories though)

True to my nature, I believe that was something I just talked about and never actually did.

Then I feel it must be my mission to make your vision a reality!

It will also be cruel fun to tell Amelia "Sorry, daddy only made one, and it's mine".
