Mexican cole slaw....so good!

So good...Mexican coleslaw! Saw something similar on pinterest but I changed it up a little. I used it on fish tacos the other night & then served it as a side last night with some grilled tandoori chicken- delicious, simple, cheap & healthy!

Cole slaw mix with carrots
2 cups roasted corn...or any kind of corn ( have used canned & frozen)
4 T light mayo
4 T Greek yogurt
Cilantro...to taste
Sirracha to taste
1 diced & seeded fresh jalapeño
Lime juice from one lime
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix mayo, yogurt, Sirracha, jalapeño, lime juice - pour over coleslaw mix & corn. Let sit 15 minuted before serving. Salt & pepper if needed. I used a tad of salt. You can really fill up on this for very few calories
