It's a weight training program called Stronglifts 5x5 (5 sets of 5 reps). I know many are very happy with that program. Google it.

I use the New Rules of Lifting for Women - a weoght training program also - and I love it. The approach is similar to 5x5, but has a stage or two where beginner lifters can adjust their body to the heavier weights. (Not sure if Sronglifts has that too).

Strong Lifts 5x5. It is very similar to Starting Strength. I'm partial to SS as I just don't have enough gas in the tank eating at a deficit to do 5x5.

Both are excellent strength building programs and I will probably do 5x5 when I'm done "dieting" to get in some more reps...I just can't recover from that 5x5 on a deficit.
