    Great job and inspiring pics. Congrats- you deserve that awesome body as you have obviously worked hard and focused on your goals! I look like your before and often wonder if I can really make significant changes and get the body I want. This is great inspiration. Did you mention how tall you are? If so, forgive me as I must have missed it.

    Inspiring! Just finished my free week of Crossfit. Was worried at first because of how exhausted I was after the first 2 workouts. But after today's workout I felt much better and decided to sign up for 10 weeks. Thanks for posting, helps to see what the end results could be!
