tips in fitness and food anyone?...

  • I'm 23 I want to hit my target weight of 65lbs-67lbs I'm 70.8 atm....I want to tone and build strength and become fitter...I'm also a girl...any tips etc would be so helpfull....as I was on track but wavered :( so need some tips helpful advice etc

  • Sounds like you really want a change, which is awesome! Maybe the first thing you need to look at is joining an accountability group. I know that keeps me on track. What kind of exercises do you like?
  • hahahahahaha yes kg not lbs blonde moment (even though im not blonde) hahaha yeah I do I just want to be super fit, I enjoy interval training but want to build more stamina so trying to do distance but dont enjoy that as much..I rather circuit than aerobics type exercise
