Insanity Question

Hey guys! I just started insanity (and loooveee it).
I have a probably simple question. Day 4 is Cardio recovery.
What would that be considered when adding it to my workout diary?
Is it cardio or strength? And what would I search it under?

    I log Cardio Recovery as cardio but you will have to add it to the exercise database. Cardio Recovery is a little Yoga-like.

    Might be a bit off but I enter it as Hatha Yoga.
