When I got to work this morning I found this email from my husband:

My darling,

You looked so beautiful this morning. I am proud of your weight loss. Keep up the good work. I love you. Got to finish getting ready. I will call you later.

    Ahh, that is so refreshing!

    My guy takes the safe route by rarely saying anything, but I did walk into the room as he was telling his mother how proud he is of me for working so hard.
