30 lbs down, 5'4" (During)

I certainly have not reached my goal yet but I am a little over 30 lbs down (maybe 15 or so more to go). I started comparing photos and although I often have a tough time seeing my progress off the scale, these two final gave me that 'whoa!' reaction. Because of that, I feel proud to be sharing my progress

Whoa is right! You look great. I'm the same height as you so I was curious about what a 30 lbs. loss looked like. I have more to lose than you though.

you look fantastic! May I ask how you got your arms to go down? My arms bother me and your arms are awesome looking! Any advice would be welcomed.0

Really well done. I am the same height as you and the same pounds to lose to my initial assessment of whether to lose more or maintain. I will be about 148lbs then; may go to 140 depending on what I find but I am more muscular than average so 140 may not be ideal.
All best as you close in on your goal.0 -

I started my fitness regimen with 30DS and when I completed that, I followed it with No More Trouble Zones and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. Most of my workouts were cardio with minimal weights and I realized after reading a lot on MFP forums that I needed to start lifting heavy.
I've been running on the treadmill in order to burn whatever excess calories I have for the day and the rest is lifting. My husband has a weight bench that neither of us really used prior and since I hate the idea of exercising in front of a room full of people (the gym), all my workouts are done at home. I haven't actually lost more than 5 lbs or so in probably 5 months but have gone down from a size 10 to size 4 in that time. I don't know my starting measurements, I lost those.0 -
