Here is one I know of the top of my head. My kids love it. Orange chicken you just take some cubed chicken breast and boil it in orange juice. Drain when cooked though. Add a splash of soy sause and 2 TBSP of sugar free orange marmlade. Stir, I sometimes use more depending on how much meat I have. I serve it with rice or noodles. Green beans sautaed in garlic taste great as a side. It's a favorite. :)

I suggestg going to myRecipes.com, they have a great Spicy Shrimp Soup that is out of this world and very low in calories. I lost 16 pounds since 2/4/13.

These are incredible recipes!! Thanks everyone. This isn't Chinese - it's Korean Bibimbap - it's easy to make and pretty tasty. Sadly it's about 560 calories per serving but you can substitute tofu for the beef.

    pork lettuce wraps

Lightly brown lean ground pork in a non-stick pan with a little oil, add julienne carrots, red peppers, onions and water chestnuts. Cook until veggies are tender, throw in some terriyaki and soy sauces and serve on bibb lettuce leaves. Fast and delicious.
