Hiking would be mine! How do you all get a good burn while enjoying some fresh air?

I love love love hiking, but I don't have the time or the gas to drive 25 miles or so daily to do it. Second favorite is running. I can walk out my front door and run away or drive a few miles away to do it on a trail at the local park.0

Swimming is one I enjoy!0

Mountain biking. I live in WA. So many trails, so little time.0

Hiking and swimming, though the latter is not really suited to outdoors in the UK.0

Running for sure, but I love hiking too. Also swimming.0

Swimming would be number one for me - then running - then biking. I guess hiking would be before running, but I don't get to do it often since I live close to the city.0

Biking! I also enjoy walking, but biking is definitely my favourite outdoor workout. I love Finnish baseball, but now I just watch games - I can't play it anymore because of injuries0

Running. I cycle 6 miles to work but I don't think of it as a workout. Tai chi is good done in the open air.0

I agree with hiking, but I'm pretty fortunate to live about an hour away from hikes that take me to this kind of scenery:
... so I take every opportunity I can to get out there in the short hiking season we have...0 -
Running, running, running & running!!!!!! (I've run in 25* blowing snow, 16* freezing cold & 100* heat... Anything to avoid hamster time, I mean treadmill time!)
