I have always been a carnivore and have a taste for the spicy, sweet, and sour. Unfortunately my taste for vegetables raw, cooked, or otherwise leaves much to be desired. I was curious as to how you guys have made major diet changes and how to convince your stomach not to gag when you try to eat a salad or other raw vegetables? Suggestions about cooked vegetables and how to add flavor would be appreciated too.

Sincerely,
The Fox who wishes to be a Hen

If you don't like a particular food, you don't have to eat it.

I just figure that if I eat foods that are less empty calories then I can burn more during exercise and get to my goal faster. I know I could have correct portions of cake to reach my cal count but I probably wouldn't make it through exercising but I know what you mean. Thanks for the instructions on roasting veggies, I'm not much of a cook but I can follow instructions!
