    I like this notion that I heard:

    If you feel pangs in your belly, you're hungry. If you feel it in your mouth, you're thirsty.

    I've upped my water intake significantly in the past week and the scale is moving when I've been in a plateau for the last 3 weeks. I don't know if it's a coincidence, but I'm doing my body good somehow. Mmmm water :drinker:

    Our bodies must have water to function. just one function is providing a cleansing mechanism, and another is maintaining cellular integrity (hydration).
