I have to make a terrible confession that i haven't eaten any junk for for the past 1 year.....
Unfortunately i have developed a thing called as "controlling temptations"
I was able to do it and lost 75 pounds, but now that I am fit and healthy I choose to indulge in my weakness every once and while. Be careful my friend for one day that statement about controlling temptations will come back and bite you in the *kitten*. It happens to everyone at some point!0 -

I have been assured that little leftover bits have no calories and don't count0 -

In my experience people just don't like it when the perceive that someone is coming across as being superior due to their choice of eating habits.0 -

My co-worker keeps a bowl of chocolate candy at her desk; yesterday I thought I could stop at a couple pieces (the mini Snickers, 3 Musketeers, etc. kind) . I think I stopped at a couple dozen. But I'm not completely sure. :ohwell:
Some days I can control the temptations and some days I can't...0 -
