Okay so I love s&p chicken wings from the Chinese take outs!
It's fried and that is no good! So I came up with an alternative!

Instead of chicken wings I use chicken tenders (breast)

I use milk and one egg as my "bath"
And panko bread crumbs as my breading.

Coat each piece with the bread crumbs. Lay on your baking sheet

Have oven preheated to 475
After cooked sprinkle salt and crushed red pepper over them.
Chop up green onions and put on top of them too!
So delicious and such a better alternative!!

how much milk do you use? do you use the milk and egg in separate bowls or the same bowl?

I mix the milk and egg. I don't really measure my milk I just get a Tupperware bowl and pour some into it. After putting your chicken in that then coat with the panko! I hope y'all enjoy it! I love it

Most fish fillets also work to bake with panko crumbs for a good non fried fish stick. For more spice, use a little sirachi sauce in a beaten egg whie befor the panko crumbs
