i'm in ! i usually burn around 1000 calories on both Saturday and Sunday anyway, just because I have more free time. So this will be easy0

got here late, but I'm always up for a good challenge. Looks like I will be hitting the elliptical AND the ab machine when I get home tonight ...... I think I already have 4-500 in the bag from my AM cardio .....0

I'm going to give it a whirl. I am visiting my hubby working out of town, and he works until 6pm. So I figured I'd find some local trails and just run for a few hours. See what kind of trouble I can get myself into! hehe I wanted to burn mad cals this weekend since I had so much free time. This gives me an excuse to push it hard today! I'll see what I can do about hitting that 1000 calorie mark! Good luck today guys!0

Didn't even know this challenge was out there! But I burned 1330 cals on a 19k training run (11.81miles!) Congrats to all who met the goal.0

Im going out tonight as well and doing a 90 min stair climber session which is well over 1000 so I am in0

Did this yesterday by riding a stationary bike 17 miles and 1000 calories,but the next day I didn't want to do much but did 25 minutes of out door biking. You can do it and it sounds like a great plan when you want to plurge0

You guys are fantastic!! My clients all ran late today, so I did not get my afternoon work out in I burned nearly 700 this morning, but could not get time this afternoon. Disappointed, but I am going to aim for 1000 tomorrow.0

Wasn't sure was going to make it. HRM said about half that, but when I added all the time I COULD account for, I was still about half of the time I know I was moving. So, took the smallest adjustment I could, which barely put me over.0
