Hello my darlings. I am sorry I haven't written in a bit. I just wanted to take a quick moment to give you a pat on the back and a round of applause. No, no you deserve more than that. You deserve a standing ovation. I am so very very proud of how hard you have been working. You have been busting your rear building a new you (not a better you because you were already amazing, but a new you), a healthier you. You've faced so much adversary and never given up. You may have had a few slips, but you've always picked yourself back up and shown yourself to be a true warrior. You are a fighter but so much more than that. So (if no one else has been smart enough to say this to you today) let me be first in line to say that you are simply beautiful. Like an angel come to earth. You are smart, sexy, sweet, and simply stunning. You were already wonderful (before a single pound was even shed) but as you move toward getting healthier and more fully into God's perfect plan for you, you have become breath taking. I don't even have words to describe how radiant you are or how proud I am of you. You shine for God in so many ways and He loves you so very much. So do I. You are always in my prayers and forever my friend. :flowerforyou: :heart: :flowerforyou:

    Aw, that's so sweet of you. I could rewrite and say the exact same things back at you. You're very inspirational and extremely supporting! And that's incredibly amazing of you to write all those things. I think you're a phenomenal human being with a lot of useful and inspiring words. :)

    We do the things to help ourselves, by doing for others...and you are a shining example of that. You modivational words inspire me toward all the goals I have set for myself. I come on here, because it keeps me accountable, to myself and you all. Its amazing the positive feedback this site has given to me. I truely can see me as this fit athletic, willowy lady, and before I was accepting of being an obese female. I figured that was my lot in life. I embraced all that I was even being obese, but now as I look at muscles here and there, and veins...wow I have veins in my forearms....I see I am capable of so much more. I can give more back to my family, myself and to you all. Thanks again buddy. Respectfully Annr
