I love to snack. Love it! But I need to find some healthier alternatives. I found seeds, and homemade popcorn, and cut up veggies to be great, but I was hoping that maybe we could share some healthy snack recipes?

I love snacking on avocado with a little lemon pepper sprinkled on top. Banana & peanut butter. Crackerbread or rice cakes with tuna mayo. Yoghurt. Small bowl of muesli or granola. Cheese strings. A protein shake, I get flavoured ones and it's like having a milkshake that's really filling. I even have proper meals, like pasta, but just cut the portion size to make it a snack rather than a full meal0

im a big sucker for popcorn - with nativa and salt or nutritional yeast (savoury yeast - packed with b vitamins).
or...
pickled vegetables, soup (home made whatever - feels like a mini meal and gets in plenty of fibre and vitamins), small can of tuna - i usually get the flavoured one in japanese style.
then the usual - protein bars, high protein yogurt, fruit etc.0 -

i got excited about some of them.
