Please help! I NEED a program!

I have been working hard for about 3 months. Ive been running intervals on the TM and doing JM Shred. I really have been working out the most and most consistently over these months that I ever have in my life. but I tried on clothes today and I dont feel my body fat has changed one iota!! I am definitely more fit and my enduracnce is much better, but Im so discouraged and upset right now. Here are the programs I am looking at:

Moms Into Fitness (Lindsay Brin) 60 Day Pretty Fierce Weight Loss

Brazil Butt Lift

Some other JM DVD (didnt think I liked her but I do like the Shred)

I have very little time per day (no more than 30-40 min) and I want a system. Does anyone have any program suggestions instead of the ones Ive listed or any opinions on what I have listed? Please help! Im really at a low right now.

    Pick a program that involves resistance training. You will kick up your metabolism fast and burn more fat than just cardio by building muscle (and no, you wont end up bulky)

    Are you getting enough protein? I keep reading here that your body burns muscles when you workout a lot and don't eat enough protein...or something like that...
    I eat plenty of protein in hopes of not losing too much lean body mass while eating at a deficit.

    you could do the shred with heavier weights maybe...?
    I've heard good things about JM's BFBM dvd.. but I think it's about an hr and some change long, but you could break it up.
