SABOTAGE!

Just venting.

Yesterday my husband ate a weeks worth of oatmeal that i had prepared for breakfast, before it was cool enough to be put into individual containers....
Today i feel sabotaged, because i am hung up on the breakfast i don't have (gotta go buy more oatmeal). And then i realize that the damage to his diet must be so much worse - Considering he snacked on probably 1200 calories worth of oatmeal, packed with protein powder. oh, and all the fiber.... (evil grin)

anyhow, i am having a vanilla-protein-iced-coffee now. it's not oatmeal with hot berries, but still yummy. and after my workout i might actually have eggs and bacon :-)

    lol, LOVE this!
    My kid keeps stealing my dark chocolate peanut butter protein bars. kinda pissed, but kinda happy its healthy for her and she thinks she's getting away with something.

    You need to look at it from the "glass half full" side.
    Your family is eating healthy. Just prepare more healthy food. :ohwell:

    I know it is more work, try to include your family in the preparations (as sous chef).

    i do not buy fiber or protein bars for EXACTLY this reason , kids "sneak " them
    so i never buy them any more - even every once in a while they want a protein shake..and i let them have it as a treat, last night we had blueberry shakes, and i made enough for everyone, they thought it was a treat , me i am trying to eat back calories..
