    Just small runs being fitted in so far this week - 2 miles on both Mon and Tues and 3 miles today. Still takes me up to 25.5 miles this month so just over half way there! Need to crank it up at the weekend though!!

    Could you drop my goal down, Coor? I don't want to give up entirely on hitting a target, but I'm not going to be able to start building to a longer run, just yet. Could you set me to maybe 30?
