3.29 miles today! I went a little faster than usual, going 5.2 mph today and then bringing it up to 5.3 half-way through. I ended the last minute at a speed of 7 mph. I about died, but I feel awesome now! I'm finished with the Couch to 5k program, and I think I'm ready for my first 5K on Saturday!!!0 -

Took 3 days off for my birthday weekend (oops)... 2 miles today..
Raced one of them.. 5:59!!! Finally a 5 minute miler. Wooohoo! So proud.
It was windy on the backstretch.. awful really. I can't wait to get pushed and have optimal weather.0 -
