    I'm 5'4" and currently 35-26.5-37 at 126.4 lbs. I'm hoping to see 34-25-35 and 110 lbs soon!

I'm actually 5'4.5" tall, but close enough. I currently weigh 138 (I think...haven't weighed in for about 3 weeks now) and my measurements are 35-27-36. My body fat is around 22%, or else it was 3 weeks ago. I have gotten leaner since then, but I won't be measuring for about another month or so. I hate being a slave to the scale.

Lyadeia- Yea being a slave to the scale can discouraging for sure! My personal trainer says its all in he measurements and what you see in the mirror! Keep up the good work!

Katy trail- no point really just curious to see how measurements vary on women of my height. That being said I know frame size is a factor as well.

When I started I was 243 pounds and a size 20/22. I lost my measurements from then.

    Now I'm 157 pounds and a size 6/8. Measurements are 40-33-38.

How tall are you and what is your frame size out of curiosity?

    what an interesting thread.

I currently weigh 150lbs measurements 30-26.5-37, total pear shape. What I find interesting is how my measurement are very close to some of you who weigh alot less. I'm not toned or musclar by any stretch of the imagination. its kind of made me feel a bit better about myself because I am a slave to the scale.

So thanks for asking the question.

according to the calculator im a banana/straight shape.
Im 5"5, 156lbs and 37-30-37. Iv never gone below 36-28-36 since puberty hit and iv had 2 kids 18 months apart so I dont think I can get much smaller, I cant really be bothered enough to lose another 30lbs to possibly get to my smallest measurements, Im a uk size 12 on bottom and 8-10 on top so Im ok really. The average in the uk is size 16 so Im below average and a 12 is totally healthy and fine. (Uk 12 is us size 8)
I mainly walk 5 miles 3 days a week then some little weights circuits added on when I can, and stick to 1600-1800 cals a day.

its not the numbers, i am quite happy with my measurements.

its the phrase 'real women have curves'. so a woman who has a double mastectomy is not a real woman?! just p*sses me off, thats all.
