So, you want to hit all muscles twice per week?
Id be careful with your back though, you really don't wanna mess around with that.
All in all, good choice of exercises - nicely split.
I would however recommend a second rest day mid week with your rigorous routine. (Wednesday or thursday)0 -
ronnie coleman can recover a lot faster than you can. just saying.0

Yea twice per week is my goal. My Diet is 100% on point and my sleep is 8-10 a day. I may think of incorporating an extra rest in between like you said though I dont wanna blast my CNS to shreds lol THANKS0

Not sure what your goals are...
but Ronnie is a big strong lad and its unlikely he got there natural and there will lie the difference if you re trying to work his routine natural and with a lot less body developement and recovery needs - Rather you than me as 3 training days a week left me shattered at 23 years old and does much the same in my 50 S !!!!!0 -
What about abs? Only one day of crunches on your list.0

No, just no. Short version: Stabilizing your core during other lifts is all the ab work you need.0 -

Abs are worked immensely through deadlifts and squats. Abs are also Marinated in the Kitchen but cooked at the gym0
