    Lose weight in general steadily and the fat will gradually shed off... Though when doing cardio many prefer to do low intensity exercises to burn more fat than muscle...

    The only way is by losing weight slowly.. Eating in a caloric deficit.. Cardio will assist in gaining some calories but it's not really even needed

    Total carbs + Total fats never surpases my total protein. For example on my cuts I usually shoot for minimum 250g of protein, my fats around 120 and my carbs around 130. I got down to low 7% like this at 176 pounds. But were all different this is what worked best for me.
