    Squat and pull-up, no question. The 3rd exercise I'd cycle between deadlifts and bench press.

    2) Deadlifts.
    3) More barbell squats and deadlifts.

    TGUs are great, but I wouldn't giveup squatting pressing or pulling for them.

    I do not understand the point of doing squats AND deadlifts if only three exercises may be done. Both are wonderful exercises and part of a well-balanced workout plan, but what about biceps and upper back?

    I do those too, but I listed my favorites :)
