I freeze those and either make banana bread or use them in protein shakes instead of ice cubes.0

Use up three bananas in chunky monkey cookies. And then throw them all away. They are terrible.0

Someone posted this super nommy recipe awhile back that's become my go-to:
3 bananas
1/2 c chocolate chips
2 c oats (not the prepackaged kind)
1 Tbsp brown sugar
I ended up putting mine in a 8-1/2x6 casserole and I bake it 20-25 minutes at 350. Comes out to about 198 calories a bar when cut into 8 bars.0 -

Agree! Freeze them. You can also add them to your smoothie or protein shake.0 -
I peel them and put them in a ziplock bag in the freezer then use for smoothies as needed.
THIS! They are good frozen post workout, too. I can't believe it took my 39 years to realize how useful frozen bananas are! They are the basis for ALL my smoothies for texture without having to add much milk now.0 -
