Down 30 lbs!!

I've been trying to lose weight for what seems like forever, and I'm definitely not done with my journey yet. I was looking through some old pictures, and I couldn't help but think "Wow, I can't believe I was that big." Along with thinking that, I'm really proud of how much hard work I've accomplished and how different my body is now.

I'd still like to lose some more, but this just reminds me how far I've come.

That makes sense! I'm 5'10" and down 28lbs. I don't feel like I look nearly as fabulous as you!

You look great, what an achievement, well done :)!

How long did it take you, by the way? I started where you did and hope to have the same finish too (same height)!!

You look great! We are about the same height and I started at 170. I am currently at 160. My goal is 135, but my doctor told me today that 135 was too thin, to aim for 145. I did not like that answer at all, until I just saw your picture. Have you done a lot of exercising to gain muscle mass and tone? If so, I may be happy with 145 because I am working out as well as counting cals. Great work!!!
