im having trouble eating enough calories..help

    not a vegan - but how about lovely lentil soup with some stir fried (little bit of evoo)spinach added???

    Avocado, nuts, nut butters, dark chocolate, seeds, baked sweet potatoes with cinnamon and sugar, oatmeal with almond milk, to name but a few ways to add some extra calories.

    Try adding good fats. Like the previous poster said: olive oil, avocado, peanut butter, etc.
