I read over on bodybuilding forum that it is optimal to have sex or jerkoff one hour after heavy lifting for optimal testosterone spike to help with muscle build up. Did not make it up, google if you want.0

After a really good workout I get this sudden boost of energy out of nowhere and all I feel like doing is tearing my partners clothes off!! (well, now ex partner..he decided calling me fat when I was bigger was a good way to motivate me -.-)0
