Help!! Ok I get the big bag of individually wrapped chicken breast from Costco...the bag says 4 oz chicken is 110 cals is that raw or cooked? Doesn't specify...I also know that it loses water weight after cooking in example the breast I cooked was 7 oz raw then after cooked it was 5 oz...do I do 4 oz at 110 cals for the 5 oz cooked?

4 oz for 110 calories is raw
4 oz of chicken raw will go to ~3 oz when it's cooked. So if you forget to weigh the chicken before cooking, just add about a third of it's cooked weight to see how much you have. I buy the same chicken, haha0
