62kg with 20-23% body fat. Very defined and heavy in muscle.0

I want to be 120lbs like I use to be!! :ohwell:
My problem is I'm always tired and have no energy to exercise but I am trying. It doesn't help that I'm agoraphobic plus I live so far away from my family and friends that I never want to go out because I don't like shopping either.

My ideal size would be 130-135 lbs but I look good at 140.0

My first goal is to get to 130 lbs (I'm currently 155 and started at 165.) I just had my second baby so most of this is weight I gained during pregnancy. Once I get down to 130 I'll see how I feel. I may decide to lose more once I get there.0

I'm 5'2.5 and my goal weight is 125. I'd love to say 120, but at 40 years old I'm being realistic. I'm currently STUCK at 129 so I've been doing more weights and strength training, in addition to cardio and yoga. I want my mid-section (belly, hips, waist) and my upper arms to be more toned.0
