Hi I am Annie and I have decided tracking is the only way I am going to be that size 8 I crave to be. I am now a 16.. ok ok.. sometimes I am an 18, but yeah.. so 10 sizes.. and 50lbs. I use to weigh 170 2ish years ago, and that to me is crazy how fast it all came back. I need motivation and help.. so I am reaching out for tips on motivation and on how to stay on this.. Also I love to have a drink or two on the weekends ( I know alcohol kills diets), but I would like to ask how you guys have a drink or two without throwing everything off.. Thank you so much!!

Hi, Annie : )
A drink or two can't go wrong, can they? In my opinion taking an evening off a diet can't be that bad as long as yo have the discipline to get back to it, right? : )

Hello, I am new to my fitness pal, I am doing this because, I feel if I am honest with myself and can see what I am actually putting in my mouth will help me to keep in control. I have tred many weight loss diets, etc.... but nothing ever worked it was always hard to keep track. I have 2 kids and I want them tobe healthy too. I want to lose 50lbs, and majority of that is my babyfat, its no excuse that 7yrs later I still carry it. But I am willing to work hard and go the extra mile to a new better me. I weigh 190lbs now and I just want to start feeling better about myself. Thanks.0

hi annie, i drink on the weekends. I find that everything in moderation is okay. I gave up beer a year ago, and have stuck with that, dropped a lot of weight with that. I drink cranberry vodkas instead. a shot of cactus cooler(has redbull) every now and then too! Sorry I am still young and love to hang by the poolside with friends and drinking is going to happen on the weekends lol. Good luck.0
