At 44 I would love for my weight to be at 125-135... that is my goal0

135 for me...probably considered heavy for that height but it's good for me as I'm 42 and don't want to to take too much off my face...0

I'm 5'2 and I'd like to get to 170 (First goal) then maybe 140. I still wanna have some meat. I'm not with the hype of super skinny.0

I started off at 132 pounds. I am now down to 108 and my goal weight is 112.0

135 I want to tone up mainly, and aim for keeping my curves. I will be doing some strength stuff, cardio, and I just enrolled in a yoga class. I am super excited.0

I strive for 132.... but my body seems comfortable between 135-136.0

I aim to hover around 120 and drop a couple pounds for the summer look a little leaner at that same weight by changing my body composition. So far, so good with maintaining around 120 except lately with a mysterious 5lb weight gain with no change in size.0

I think it depends on your build. I am 100-102 lbs, 41, medium small bones, any less I'd be sick. I started running this year - before running I was 104 lbs.0

I am only 5 feet tall and have consulted with the doctor. Her ideal weight for me would be 125-127 lbs. I wanted to be more like 120 though with the "girls" that may not be possible hense the doctors ideal weight. I wouldn't go with what others tell you, go to the doctor and figure out what is best for you because in the end no other person is going to be you and won't ever have the same body as you either!!!0

5'2 My goal is set for 120, but being 124.4 now I'm planning to lower to 118 or 115 after I hit the 120! I'm very small boned. My hands and feet are the size of my 9 yr old son's hands and feet!0

I really can't see myself being anything below that0 -
Ideally 110lbs by October 1st but my primary goal is to be toned and healthy. I am going to miss my first goal of 120 by my birthday but my next goal is to be 115lbs on the 4th of July. At that point I will re-examine my goals and see at that point if I should continue to 110lbs.0

I'm 5'2 and my whole adult life I was 103-105. I wanna reach that again.0

120-125. I tend to be quite muscular... so any thing lower than that and I will have to allow muscle atrophy.0

Due to my bone structure mine is 110-115. Right now I'm around 120, I've been there for 6 months, I gain a lot of muscle easily but the fat is stubborn!0

120 is the goal. I am at 155 now. Once I get to 120 I will see if I need to lose a few more, but most likely will focus on toning and more endurance (maybe becoming a runner) at that point.0

When I started MFP my goal was 115 - 120. I'm kinda stuck at about 120. So right now I'm focusing on toning and BF%. If I stay at 120 but get my BF% down then I'll be happy.0
