Hi everyone,
I am looking to add another workout to my Body Revolution and I am wondering how long in length the HIP HOP ABS workouts are?
Do you have to take the shakeology drink?

OK, looking at my training info the shortest workout is 13 minutes and the longest is 45 minutes. It is a 30-day program...0

The longest workout is 45 minutes with most of them being about 30 minutes long.0

Thanks girls! I am excited to try something new....I have been on a Jillian Michaels kick for awhile now. I finished 30 Day Shred, and now I am doing Body Revolution so I would like to through a bit of someone else in there to keep from getting super bored of her0
