    I did 4 sets of 25 with 5 lb dumbbells in each hand.

    My arms are shaky. Thanks for the challenge :)

    Done! Did most of them with 5 pound weights and threw in about 20 with 10 pound weights for variety.

    got this a day late but 100 done (and added 100 hip extensions too for good measure) Thanks for the challenge. :blushing:
