Kroger, in the cracker aisle.... caramel flavored rice cakes... 60 cals a serving and they ROCK!
For an ice cream fix I get the kroger fat free whipped topping.... 20 cals a serving.... tasty when ya just need a sweet, cold fix!0 -
If you like "carby" or savory type snacks I have been having plantain chips (less cal then banana chips) and they come in spicy and cajun flavors. They fill the craving for potato chips.
Also any nuts (i love almonds, cashews and they keep you feeling full)
Fruits with a lower G I like raspberries, cherries, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries
I just found dark chocolate almond butter the other day. You shouldn't have a ton of it but....it tastes amazing and you can have it with fruit, on a rice cake with berries on top....yummy!!
I love greek yogurt or cottage cheese.....veggies in hummus is great as people have said.0 -

Sugar free/fat free instant pudding made with skim milk (I put a little bit of reddi wip on top!) (about 90 cals)
