Despite having 3 weeks to complete the assignment, I waited until this afternoon to pump out a 4-page paper for my Political Science class, because it's due tomorrow. :smile:

Tell me the goals you met today, fitness-related or not!

    I gave into my craving for a banana split!! Good thing??? YES because I got the flavors I wanted for a mere 150 calories!! I took pineapple greek yogurt and topped it with 1 sliced strawberry, 1/4 of a banana and 5 pieces of double chocolate Krave cereal. It was perfect! LOL The creamy deliciousness made me feel like I was treating myself :)

    Oh and this is my first day on here....so that's cool too!

    my goal was to eat a little more than i have been for the past few days (due to a side effect of the medication i'm on causing severe appetite loss), just went a little overboard :P

    Worked two jobs, worked out for an hour + and about to make a meal. Feeling like I accomplished a lot! Plus, looked DAMN GOOD in new smaller sized clothing! No bulges here :)

    i taught a friend of mine some basic strength training exercises, including barbell dead lift, where she promptly dead lifted 95lbs for multiple reps.

    I got an all day parking spot right outside my university at 9:15am!

    If you know what a nightmare parking is at the University of New South Wales, you would understand why this is such a damn accomplishment! lol

    I went to the gym, worked chest and tris. Did 60 min on the stairclimber (I'm less then 3 weeks to my Ms. Natural Minnesota comp so there is extra cardio right now). Went home and prepped food since I travel for work. Went tanning, made a 3 hour drive to my next work site, been chilling for about an hour at the hotel, but gonna go do a 30 min HIIT session at Anytime Fitness. After that, I'm coming back to the hotel to do a bit of Anatomy and Sales Management homework..

    Whew! When I write it all like that, I feel really accomplished!! :D

    Haha, University parking ANYWHERE is a nightmare, I'm pretty sure, so that is indeed a feat! Well done!

    I successfully went to the gym, ran all of my errands, went to the Dr. who was THRILLED with my weight loss, dropped off my shattered ipad for repair, had lunch with the hubster, bought a new camera for our trip to Canada tomorrow, did laundry and cleaned up the house a little, picked up my brand new looking Ipad (yay!), created an 11x17 collage on canvas as a wedding present to the couple we are going to Canada to see get married, wrapped said present, went to the bank, made dinner...and now I am going to pack for our trip and try to get to bed early since we have to be up at the airport at 4:30 AM.

    I successfully shovel our side walks & also went for a nice hike w/ my family. :)

    I also successfully had less calories & avoided eating chips & sweets. :) I am proud of my eating habits today. :)
