I did it even though I REALLY did not want to.

This morning when I got up I REALLY REALLY did not want to do my daily workout (Jillian Micheals ripped in 30 days) but after talking myself into just getting started, I felt very proud of my self after it was done.
The trouble I think is just getting started every day.
Remember: it's a cinch by the inch but hard by the yard.
That is what keeps me going!
stay strong and just stick to it!

Once you start, you're glad you did, right? The hard part sometimes is just getting going. I had the same issues today. I did an hour of yoga, which I love, but I just was feeling run down. Then later I did ChaLEAN Extreme and didn't think I had the energy. I did it though and felt great.0
