this has probably been asked already but how do i log insanity? under what title? thanks a lot!

I would think if you want the most accurate log, you need an armband like BodyMedia or BodyBugg, FitBit, etc. I think most of the exercise amounts are off because every body is going to be different. I've been using BodyMedia for a year and it is SO worth it, especially now that I'm tracking using MFP0

I use high impact aerobic, but a lot of people use a HRM.0

Buy a HRM. I don't understand why people still don't get it...
Nothing you will find in the database will be accurate, because you WON'T KNOW until you get a HRM.0 -
the reason i dont get it is because i do not have money to buy it. i am a college student and am jobless/ moneyless because i was on a trip and just came back. so with that being said, i was looking for a second option. thanks though, i will get an hrm as soon as im able to pay for it aside from paying other expenses0
