Music - I really struggle doing cardio without it. I like rock music so that's usually what it is. I always have a go-to playlist and when that gets old I just use the shuffle setting on my iPod until I find a track I like. Sometimes track skipping is a GREAT time waster as well!0

It depends on my mood. Lately, I´ve been listening to musical soundtracks, Idina Menzel, Eden Espinosa, Kristin Chenoweth, Shoshana Bean etc...Last year I was listening to Jennifer Lopez, Alanis Morissette, Coldplay etc. As I said it depends..But I can´t imagine being without music...I listen to music whenever I can.0
