Good Calorie Burner Exercises?

Hey! I know it is different per person but are there any workouts that burn a lot of calories in general when working out! Do you find running, the stairstepper, or the treadmill to burn large amounts of calories despite your weight!

If so, any ideas?

    Anything that gets your heart rate up ! I like spinning, elliptical, and body pump.

    The things I burn the most at are running, kickboxing, spinning and Zumba.

    I use a BodyFit and have noticed that I burn about the same amount doing the following: weights for one hour, running/walking for half an hour and simply cleaning house for about 45 minutes.

    Kettlebell workouts, bootcamp workouts. Big time cardio but no running, elliptical, etc. Both are great total body conditioning workouts.

    I'm loving kickboxing right now! Sweat like crazy, burn a lot of calories, and get out lots of aggression. It's very difficult to drive home after cuz I'm a puddle of Zen afterward :-)
